My name is Chase Cross. I am a bass player, arranger, and writer based in New York City. 

 I specialize in music performance, session work, music directing and arrangement. In addition to my work as a musician, I am writer and focus cultural commentary, beauty/aesthetics, and desire to emphasize a wholistic and traditional view of art. I have worked extensively on the Atlanta music scene as a bassist performing, recording, and music directing with artists across the Southeast United States including Bridges, Weedie Braimah, Climate Change, and others. I reside and work primarily in New York City, but travel regularly to Atlanta and other parts of the south. In addition to my work as a musician, I am incredibly passionate about teaching and I frequently take on private students both in person and online.

 Working as a bass player is one of my greatest joys; there is nothing I love more than supporting the musicians around me and helping them soar and excel musically and personally. Sancta Cecilia, ora pro nobis!
